1. Nature of Service

Bounty SMP is an esports service and competitive Minecraft server. It is important to understand the following key points about our service:

  • No Entry Fee: There is absolutely no cost to enter, play, or participate in the server.
  • No Wagering: No wagers are placed by participants. The service does not involve gambling in any form.
  • Voluntary Donations: Any bounties placed are considered voluntary donations to support the server and its community.
  • No Guaranteed Payouts: There is no guarantee of any payout or reward. Any potential rewards are at the sole discretion of Bounty SMP administration.
  • Esports Focus: The primary purpose is to provide a competitive gaming environment, not to facilitate gambling or wagering.

By accessing or using the Bounty SMP server ("Server") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. No Guarantee of Payouts

The Server operates on a bounty system where players may receive monetary rewards ("Bounties") for in-game achievements. However, Bounty SMP makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the payment of any Bounties. All Bounties are offered at the sole discretion of Bounty SMP and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

Bounty SMP reserves the right to refuse payment of any Bounty for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud, cheating, or exploitation of game mechanics
  • Violation of server rules or these Terms
  • Technical issues or errors in the game or payment systems
  • Disputes between players regarding Bounty claims
  • Any other reason at the sole discretion of Bounty SMP

3. Service Description

Bounty SMP is a competitive Minecraft server focused on esports and community gameplay. The platform allows community members to voluntarily support the server through donations, which may be used to fund bounties. These bounties serve as incentives for skilled gameplay and create exciting competitive scenarios, but they are not guaranteed rewards or winnings.

The server operates on a donation-based model where all contributions are voluntary and used to enhance the gaming experience for the community. No purchase or payment is ever required to participate in or enjoy the server's features.

4. No Refunds

All payments made to Bounty SMP, including but not limited to donations, bounty placements, or other contributions, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a voluntary contribution to support the Server with no expectation of return, and that you will not receive any goods, services, or other consideration in exchange for your payment unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Bounty SMP.

5. No Gambling

Bounty SMP is not a gambling service. The placement of bounties and receipt of payments are not games of chance. All bounties are awarded based on skill and in-game achievements, not random chance. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are not engaging in gambling activities and that Bounty SMP bears no responsibility or liability for any losses incurred through the use of the Services.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

6.1 Website Usage

When you visit our website, we may collect the following information:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOUNTY SMP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BOUNTY SMP BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT, OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bounty SMP and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Services
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or Intellectual Property Rights
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
  • Any claim related to your use of the Services or receipt of any Bounties

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Services.
