By participating in any bounty-related activity, you agree to all rules below. Ignorance is not an excuse.
You must be 18 years or older to cash out any real-money bounty.
No exceptions.
If you are under 18, you may still play, but you forfeit all rights to real-money payouts.
The minimum cash-out amount is $3 USD.
This minimum exists due to processing and transaction fees that the server covers.
Cash-out requests below $3 will not be processed.
Partial or forced cash-outs to bypass the minimum are not allowed.
Bounties are NOT wagers, bets, or guaranteed rewards.
A bounty represents eligibility for a potential payout, not a promise.
All payouts are 100% at server discretion.
The server reserves the right to deny, delay, modify, or cancel payouts at any time, for any reason.
When you successfully collect a bounty, 10% of the collected bounty is automatically placed on your head as HEAT.
HEAT bounties make you a valid target immediately.
HEAT cannot be avoided, transferred, refunded, or removed by request.
Farming HEAT or manipulating the system to clear HEAT unfairly is treated as abuse.
Bounty placement is server-controlled.
Anyone can receive a bounty at any time, for any reason, including:
No player is guaranteed safety from bounties.
Strictly prohibited:
If it smells like farming, it will be treated as farming.
Attempting to loop money back to yourself, directly or indirectly, is an instant violation.
Influencing who collects a bounty you funded is prohibited.
Exploits, cheats, hacked clients, macros, scripts, or abuse of mechanics are forbidden.
Lag abuse, bug abuse, or intentional server stress counts as cheating.
Staff decisions are final.
No public arguing, callouts, or drama over bounty rulings.
Appeals may be submitted privately, but staff are not required to respond.
Violations may result in one or more of the following, without warning:
Severity is determined by staff. Repeated or intentional abuse escalates fast.
All bounty payouts are considered promotional rewards, not gambling winnings.
Players are responsible for their own taxes and legal compliance.
The server is not liable for lost access, denied payouts, or third-party payment issues.
